Tour itinerary:


Day 1: Dalat - Lak lake

Starting at 8:30 explore around Dalat to see the French colonial architecture and the unique terrain of the city. Leaving Dalat we travel on the country road with some stop to see coffee plantation, tasting the famous weasel coffee, the local silk factory, Elephant waterfall ~the second big waterfall of this trip, relax and walking to see the Linh An temple with huge statue of Happy Buddha. From there we drive along the country road with some stop for marvelous mountain views in the vast areas of coffee farms. Visit the local chopstick making factory then traveling through the jungle path and stop for lunch at Phu Son Pass. After lunch, we ride along the jungle and you have time to do the short walking along the jungle to stretch your legs. The next stop will be an amazing bamboo bridge and colorful market of Krong No (the border river between Lam Dong province and Dak Lak province). Keep riding to Lak lake, strolling in to visit the M'Nong tribe, an option for elephant riding or taking dug-out boat to visit the lake. Overnight at our proposed homestay in the village near the lake.


Day 2: Lak lake - Dak Mil - Ban Me Thuot:


Get a chance to interact with the local tribe and learn about their customs and culture and see how they make a living. Leave Lak lake and ride up rural roads and dirt trail trails and cross a river by small ferry. Travel through the countryside of vast area of coffee, pepper plantation, view the beautiful sight of Eaka lake. Have local lunch on the way. In the afternoon,  arrive to Dray Sap waterfall, short trekking about 6 km through the jungle to explore the Gia Long waterfall, then  spending time to relax, swimming and take natural water massage at the 'Fairy Pool'. After the waterfall head to Ban Me Thuot the Capital City of Coffee inViet Nam. Over night in Ban Me Thuot.


Day 3: Ban Me Thuot  - Plei Ku:


This third day we start our trip with a  visit  to Museum of Ethnic Minority Cultures, Housed in the former residence of the French Consul, dating from 1927, this museum contains an important collection of costumes and ethnological art facts relating to the region’s ethnic minority communities, notably the Ede and the M’nong. There is also a display on the revolutionary history of the region. Visit Buon Me Thuot market to see the daily activities of the local people. Travel through pepper farm and rubber plantation to Pleiku, famous for the volcanic crater (Sea Lake) and the old battlefields. Enjoy lunch with the special local roasted chicken with sticky rice steamed in bamboo pipe by the J'rai tribe way. Arrive in Pleiku City late in the afternoon. Check in hotel and free for your leisure.


Day 4: Pleiku - Kontum:


A half-day sightseeing in KomTum with: Wooden Church, Cave Church, Orphanage, Bana Village, includes the Rong house, Iron Suspension bridge. The spectacular mountain views are perfect for pictures along the Ho Chi Minh trail. One side of the trail is the high mountain, other side is steep valley. Lunch at a local restaurant next to Cambodia frontier. The evening is free to explore the city.


Day 5: Kontum - Kham Duc:


Travel along the Ho Chi Minh trail to visit the Dakto village; a major battlefield during the American war and Charlie hill. Stop over in Daklei town to see Sedang minority village reside in this jungle area and try to cross the tiny suspension bridge. The spectacular mountain views of deep jungle forest on both sides of the road are ideal for photos. Lunch at a local restaurant along the way. Overnight in a comfortable local guest house in Kham Duc.


Day 6: Kham Duc - Hoi An:


This is the last day on Ho Chi Minh trail, also a downhill day through the jungle and mountain to the coast. On the way, stop at small waterfall, rice paddies and historic Cham tower. A  great time to visit some villages with their traditional handicraft making,  basket making, rice paper making, incense making, ceramic, & chopsticks. After all, riding to My Son Holy Land to see the ruins of Cham towers before arrive in Hoi An late in the afternoon.
