 Instructions for use
 1. Your e-mail will receive a confirmation form before departure. The purchase code in the confirmation voucher are the only documents for your travel. Please check the information carefully and keep it in a safe place.
 2. Urgent order can be request by phone call, email , we will try to answer as quick as possible.
 3. Urgent order just 1 day in advance, we will send a confirmation email by 20:00 at the latest time.
 4. For other dates, we will try to send a confirmation email within 24 hours.

Service using time:

- Haft day ~ 4 hous ( from 08:00 AM to  12:00 PM, from  13:00 PM to  17h00 PM).

- Fullday 8 hours ( from 08:00 AM to 17:00 PM include 1 hour for lunch).

- Over limited km:  7 seater  8,500 VND / 01 km, 16 seater : 10,500 VND / 01 km.

- Over time after 20:00 PM: 7 seater:  150,000 VNĐ / 01 hour, 16 seater 200,000 VND/01 hour.

Booking process:

Contact us via whatsapp text to +84918313696, send us your request with your draft itinerary, inform us about senior or children, food dietary requirements, etc of your group, we will help you to propose and provide more information about your trip first.

After checking the car rental service availability, we will inform you about the quotation of your itinerary, then process to hold the car /van you select with the commitment time ( deposit for the trip may need by online payment transaction) , the service booking with confirmation voucher will send to you as as agreement.

Trip confirmation require:

All passenger full names, nationality, year of births.

Hotel name and address, pick up location.

Flight details : flight number and flight time.

Short group name for making welcome board.

What passengers need to do before departure:

- Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up on time.

- Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 25 kg.

- Service change should be made before departure at least 72 hours. In case of flight delay, any emergency, please inform as soon as possible, then we will help to adjust the services.

2. The proposed number of passengers: 7 seats van (1-6 passengers without luggage), 16 minibuses (take 1-15 people without luggage), 29 bus (1-28 people without luggage); Children are also included in the total number of passengers. Please select the correct type according to the number of passengers and your luggage. If the number of passengers exceeds the carrying capacity, it will result in rejection. (The above suggestions are based on local traffic laws and traffic restrictions, for your safesty and comfortable condition please concern to select the vehicle type when booking.

4. Service time: 01 day rental apply with local time from 08: 00-17: 00, half-day rental apply with local time 08: 00--12: 00, 13:00 - 17: 00, if overtime need to pay an additional 150,000 VND / 7 seater to 200,000 VND / 16 seater Or $ 8 -9/ hour (direct to our drivers) and can not exceed 20:00 PM.

2. Vietnam is affected by the French colonial period and has the habit of taking a tip. If you feel happy with the service of our driver, you can tip him where appropriate.

Exchange method
1. Before your departure, your email address will receive a confirmation form.  Please check the information carefully and keep it in good condition.
2. Urgent orders, we will give priority to arrange for you;
3. Book for the next day, we will send a confirmation e-mail by 20:00 everyday at the latest time;
4. Book other dates, we will try our best to send a confirmation email within 24 hours, please be patient.

Pick up time and place
1. The date of use, according to the confirmation of the pick up time in advance to the hotel lobby,  (recommended to print the voucher or bring electronic confirmation voucher ) and the name of the reservation.
2. Return to the dock, cable car station or train station, the driver will be on time to meet you at the appointed time, the driver's waiting time is generally not more than 30 minutes, if overtime will be subject to overtime; Pick up place: please waiting at the lobby or the designated location; If you have different places of pick up, please let us know at the time of booking.

1. 7 days before the date of use before 12:00, free unsubscribe, change;
2. 7 days before the date of use after 12:00, can not unsubscribe, change.

Important noted:
1. This product welcomes all the tourists from every countries and with all nationalities to  use;
