You can send us an email to request an online payment link  and follows the process to pay . Once payment has been received, the bus ticket will be issued immediately, and therefore cannot be refunded. Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

What passengers need to do before departure:

1.Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up at least 30 minutes before departure.

2.Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 20kg.

3.Ticket refund and change should be made fefore departure at least 48 hours,  in case of group tickets, only ticket refund is permitted and should be made at least 72 hours before departure, refund and change fare are applied.

4.Passengers are considered as proper E- ticket owners with valid Boarding Pass and travel/ identification document such as ID card with photo, receipt, bus ticket or confirmation of services by email.

5.Bring motion sickness tablets: Consider taking motion sickness tablets such as Antivert, Meclizine, or Dramamine to help prevent discomfort during the journey, especially if you are prone to motion sickness.

6.Prepare sleeper bus essentials: Pack items to make your journey more comfortable. This includes earplugs or headphones to drown out noise, eye covers for restful sleep, and snacks to keep your energy up.

7.Don’t forget your hygiene items: Hand sanitizer, a water bottle, wet wipes, and toilet paper can be invaluable on long journeys, ensuring you can maintain hygiene and stay refreshed.

8.Carry your valuables: Keep your passport, phone, wallet, and laptop in a portable bag that you can keep close to you during the trip. Remember that your main luggage will be stored underneath the bus, so having your essentials within reach is crucial.

9.Put on comfortable clothing and footwear: Dress in comfortable clothing for the journey. You wouldn’t want to struggle to fall asleep in a bed on a sleeper bus in Vietnam with your tight clothes! Additionally, since you will need to remove your shoes when boarding a bus, you may choose to wear sandals or flexible footwear for convenience.

Children under the age of 4 or under 100 cm are allowed to share seat/bed with their parents

Children from the age of 5 or from 100 cm have to buy ticket as adult

Pregnant women need to ensure health during the trip

5. Animals/Pets

Animals/Pets are not allowed.

The operator refuses to re-issue the invoice if the passenger provides the inaccurate information

If you need to arrive on time for another plane, train, car, tour, and other events, etc., please book trips with the estimated arrival time that is a few hours earlier than your expected arrival time. Dalat Open Tours will not be responsible for incidents where the estimated arrival time is different from the actual arrival time.
