✅Booking process:  After checking the seat availability, we will hold the seat you select in normaly  in 1 hour  or with the commitment time. You can send us an email to request an online payment link or pay directly at our web site by scan payment QR Code and follows the process to pay. Once payment has been received, the bus ticket will be issued immediately, and therefore cannot be refunded. Confirmation will be sent to you within 24 hours.

Kindly provide us with your Vietnam's phone number, WhatsApp number, Line ID, Wechat ID, Kakao talk ID when booking for the bus operartor to contact you when pick up or to inform you if there are any changes in your trip.

Please note that all online credit transactions are subject to a 3,7% of total price plus VND 5,500 per successful transaction will apply on cutomer's side.

What passengers need to do before departure:

- Passenger are recommended to be at the meeting point for pick up at least 45 minutes before departure.

- Each passenger can carry on board a free baggage of maximum weight of 20kg.

- Ticket refund and change should be made before departure at least 24 hours. in case of group tickets, only ticket refund is permitted and should be made at least 24 hours before departure. refund and change fare are applied.

- Passengers are considered as proper e- Ticket owners with valid Boarding Pass and travel/ identification document such as ID card with photo, receipt, bus ticket or confirmation of services by email.

- Bus company does not check bags over its routes. There is no liability for unchecked baggage and personal belongings. Customers should keep their personal belongings, especially valuables such as cell phones, tablets, laptops and medications in their possession at all times.

Bus Operator Policy

1. Onboarding

  • Show up 30 minutes at the office/ticket counter/bus station before for check in
  • Show off SMS/Email before boarding
  • Do not bring food, smelly food to the bus
  • Do not smoke, drink alcohol or use drugs on the bus
  • Do not bring flammable objects to the vehicle
  • Do not litter in the bus
  • Do not make noise in the bus / van

2. Hand Baggage

  • The total weight of hand baggage item(s) must not exceed 7,5 kgs
  • Refuse to transport overload/overweight goods
  • No refund in case of cancellation due to violation of baggage regulations

3. Children & Pregnant Passengers

    • Children under the age of 4 or under 100 cm are allowed to share seat/bed with their parents
    • Pregnant women need to ensure health during the trip
    • The operator has the right to cancel tickets if passengers do not comply with the regulations on children and pregnant women

      4. Animals/Pets

    • Animals/Pets are not allowed.
    • 5. VAT Invoice

    • The operator provides VAT invoice for the ticket, invoice fee is 10% of the ticket fare
    • Please provide accurate invoice information
    • 6. Bicycle/Motobike Freight

      Customers are kindly requested to contact hotlines of Bus Operators  for surcharge and confirmation of availability for baggage compartment.

Notice

Pickup time and pickup point could be changed under the circumstances. Passenger will be informed by Dalat Open Tours as soon as possible if any change occurs.

The arrival time is estimated to help passengers conveniently get information about the trip. The actual arrival time may be later or earlier depending on the bus operators, drivers, routes, traffic, weather, etc. which are out of Dalat Open Tours's control. If you need to arrive on time for another plane, train, car, tour, and other events, etc., please book trips with the estimated arrival time that is a few hours earlier than your expected arrival time. Dalat Open Tours will not be responsible for incidents where the estimated arrival time is different from the actual arrival time.
